All delivery dates will be confirmed when you receive your order acknowledgement; any change to this date will be communicated to you via email. If you require your order sooner than confirmed, please call the office and discuss your requirements.
Deliveries can be made to alternative premises where requested and a delivery charge will be quoted accordingly.
Checking the delivery
All deliveries must be checked when off loaded and products accounted for. Delivery notes signed ‘Unchecked’ will not be accepted under any circumstance.
In the unlikely event of your products arriving damaged, the delivery note must be signed and ‘Damaged’ written on the paperwork. Upholstery Trading Limited will not be held responsible for damage occurred after the products have been off-loaded.
